Competitive training on Mondays & Fridays for Juniors, Seniors and Masters will start on Monday 4th May at 6.30pm.
Theses session are going to be fitness based for Board competent Juniors, Seniors and Masters. If you still need a little work on your board technique and/or swimming then please come to the Wednesday evening session until you have got to grips with handling the racing boards.
The sessions will involve using the Racing Boards, Racing Skis, Swimming and Running (depending on the conditions on the night).
If you feel you can help coach these sessions please get in touch with Phil Needham or Dave Parker. If we can get more helpers we could run an improvers session alongside the competitive training session to help people who are not quite ready for the competitive training session.
